Fluffy and Light Cloud-Like Pogaca Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 150 gr unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 egg
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- Yeast
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 3.5 cups flour
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the butter, egg, sugar, warm water, yeast, salt, and yogurt to obtain a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
- Gradually add the flour while kneading until you get a soft dough.
- Allow the dough to rise. Once it has risen, tear off small pieces of dough, fill them with your desired filling, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (390 F) for about 20 minutes.
