Fluffy and Light Cloud-Like Pogaca Recipe


  • 150 gr unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • Yeast
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 3.5 cups flour


  1. Mix the butter, egg, sugar, warm water, yeast, salt, and yogurt to obtain a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
  2. Gradually add the flour while kneading until you get a soft dough.
  3. Allow the dough to rise. Once it has risen, tear off small pieces of dough, fill them with your desired filling, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (390 F) for about 20 minutes.
