Melt-in-your-mouth Salty Cookies

Ingredients

  • 125 g softened butter
  • 1 teacup of oil
  • 2 egg yolks (on one)
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mahleb
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 baking powder
  • 3.5 cups flour (add controlled)

Instructions

Knead a soft dough with all the ingredients. Take walnut-sized pieces and make long strips (about 10-12 cm). Twist both ends and shape. Arrange on tray. Brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. Enjoy your meal.
