Triangle Borek Recipe


  • 3 cups warm milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • Sufficient amount of flour


  1. Mix the warm milk, yeast, and sugar together until well combined.
  2. Add salt and vegetable oil, then gradually add flour while kneading until you have a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
  3. Prepare your desired filling and shape the dough accordingly.
  4. Brush the tops of the pastries with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) until golden brown.
