Ingredients:
- 4 large boiled potatoes
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 and 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Parsley
- For frying:
- 1 egg
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Mash the boiled potatoes thoroughly in a bowl.
- Add tomato paste, bread crumbs, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt to the mashed potatoes. Mix everything well.
- Finely chop some parsley and add it to the mixture. Mix again to incorporate the parsley evenly.
- Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into meatball-like forms.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg. Dip each potato meatball into the beaten egg.
- Heat some cooking oil in a frying pan.
- Fry the potato meatballs in the hot oil until they turn golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the fried potato meatballs from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Your delicious potato meatballs are now ready to be served. Enjoy!
