Milk Syrup Dessert Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of semolina
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1 packet of baking powder

For the Syrup

  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of sugar

For the Topping

  • 1 packet of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Beat the sugar and eggs together, then gradually add all the ingredients one by one while continuing to beat the mixture. Pour it into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. For the syrup, put the sugar and 1 cup of milk in a saucepan and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add the remaining 3 cups of milk. Let it cool.
  3. As soon as the cake is removed from the oven, pour the cold syrup over it.
  4. Whip the whipped cream and 1 cup of milk together.
  5. Once the dessert has absorbed the syrup, spread the whipped cream on top and garnish with desiccated coconut and powdered pistachios.
