Milk Syrup Dessert Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of semolina
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 packet of baking powder
For the Syrup
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 cup of sugar
For the Topping
- 1 packet of whipped cream
- 1 cup of milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Beat the sugar and eggs together, then gradually add all the ingredients one by one while continuing to beat the mixture. Pour it into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
- For the syrup, put the sugar and 1 cup of milk in a saucepan and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add the remaining 3 cups of milk. Let it cool.
- As soon as the cake is removed from the oven, pour the cold syrup over it.
- Whip the whipped cream and 1 cup of milk together.
- Once the dessert has absorbed the syrup, spread the whipped cream on top and garnish with desiccated coconut and powdered pistachios.
