3-Ingredient Coffee Side
- 1 packet of petit beurre biscuits
- 1 ripe banana
- 150g of dark chocolate (optional for decoration)
- Crush the petit beurre biscuits by hand or you can also use a blender or food processor to turn them into fine crumbs.
- Peel the banana and mash it thoroughly in a plate using a fork.
- In a deep bowl, combine the biscuit crumbs and mashed banana. Mix them well with your hands until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Take small portions from the mixture and roll them between your palms to form small balls.
- Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or by heating it in the microwave.
- Dip the biscuit balls into the melted chocolate, ensuring that each ball is fully coated with chocolate.
- Place the chocolate-coated balls on a plate lined with parchment paper.
- Optionally, you can decorate the balls with colorful sprinkles or shredded coconut.
- Chill the prepared coffee sides in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Once they are cooled and set, you can serve and enjoy them as a delicious accompaniment to your coffee. If you prefer, you can let them rest in the fridge for a day to enhance the flavor.
